Symphonic Auditions (optional)
Students must have high school HN Orchestra experience to be eligible for this course.
Rising 10th-12th graders CURRENTLY in TJ Orchestra:
• Those who wish to audition for Symphonic must audition live April 20th – 24th during class, lunch, or 8th period. Ms. Bailey will determine the audition schedule.
• Prepare the excerpt (posted below)
• You do not need to prepare scales or an extra piece
• Memorization not required for anything

All TJ Orchestra students are eligible: you may audition for SDO and SRO if you wish (you don’t have to choose). Please note: Students who win a seat in SRO will no longer be eligible to audition for SDO.
Students must sign up AND pay the fee by TBD. No applications will be accepted after that!!
